The genuine 'Large Brass' 10" is a large and heavy peppergrinder from Greek Alexander Handmade Mills, with a crank and beautifully chiseled patterns. 'Large Brass' are handmade of solid brass with a material thickness of at least 1 mm and are equipped with a solid, cast grinder that is designed so that it grinds the spices optimally. The 3-part grinding mechanism first guides the spice down into the mechanism, after which it is coarsely ground and finally completely finely ground. Large brass 10" is intended for pepper and other dried spices - but not salt.
